OYO TESCOM RECRUITMENT: Why We Released CBT Results Without Cut-Off Mark

By Admin  The results of applicants who sat for the CBT examination for the Post Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) job has been released. Goalpoacher reported that the chairman of the commission, Pastor Akin Alamu revealed this in a phone conversation on Saturday. He explained that the board in a bid to ensure transparency would meet to deliberate on the the percentage for the cut off mark. He noted that the commission would not like to place create apprehension into the minds of the applicants.

By   Ibrahim Agunbiade  -   August 26, 2020   The arrested serial killer in Akinyele area of Ibadan, Oyo State capital, Sunday Sodipe has confessed that he killed another woman after he escaped from police detention. The suspect stated this on Wednesday when he was paraded at the Oyo State Police Command. Mr Nwanchukwu Enwonwu, the Commissioner of Police in Oyo State revealed that Shodipe, alongside other suspects, would be handed over to the Correctional Centre. Multiple sources had earlier alleged that Shodipe, two days after escaping from police custody on August 11, reportedly carried out the killing of Mrs Funmilayo Oladeji at her home. When asked where he headed after his escape, he said he went to Akinyele again. On how he killed the woman, Shodipe said, he used machete to inflict injuries on her head. By  Ibrahim Agunbiade   The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has issued a warning to Nigerians against purchasing expired “Ninido seasoning cubes”. In a memo dated August 19 and signed by Hassan Sabo, comptroller (enforcement), NCS, noted that the products had expired since June 28, 2019. According to the document, titled “Re: Circulation of Expired Seasoning Cubes across the Country”, and addressed to zonal and sector coordinators, the products were believed to have been imported from Niger Republic. “The CGC is in receipt of intelligence information that revealed ongoing distribution/sales of expired seasoning cubes with the trademark, ‘Ninido Cube’ by some marketers across the country.  By  Ibrahim Agunbiade  August 23, 2020  The prime suspect of the serial killings at Akinyele local government, Sunday Shodipe was arrested by a group with the support of a tactical team that had once worked with the Special Adviser on Security Matters to Governor Makinde, Fatai Owoseni in Akure. This was revealed by the caretaker chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Taoreed Jimoh Adedigba on Sunday afternoon while confirming the rearrest of Shodipe. He also revealed that the N 500,000 promised to anyone who aid the rearrest of the prime suspect would be given to the group on Tuesday. aibnetwork  recalls that the Seyi Makinde led Oyo State government last week promised to pay any individual or group of individuals who provided information that led to his rearrest N500,000. The council boss also pledged that his council would also compensate the group.

By  Ibrahim Agunbiade  August 23, 2020  Sunday Sodipe the suspected serial killer in the Akinyele area of Ibadan, that was recently declared wanted by the Police, following his illegal escape from Police custody has been rearrested. Confirming the development today, Sunday, the State Police Public Relation Officer, SP. Olugbenga Fadeyi in a phone chat with the Daily Independent confirmed re-arrest of the suspect. “The suspect has been re-arrested, live and direct,” Fadeyi said. However the PPRO did not give the details surrounding the rearrest of the prime suspect.
