Jimoh Bankole: Passage of a Finance Guru

All mortals will pass through it” –Anon The passage of Alhaji Jimoh Bankole,the Bursar of Crescent University Abeokuta and an illustrious fellow of the Institute of Chartered Account of Nigeria is a blunt reminder that all mortals shall taste of bitterness of death at the destined time. An enigmatic being, Bankole, who was born on a Friday, passed on to the other world at early hours of Friday 5th April 2024, coinciding with the last Friday of the cherished month of Muslims’ holy month of Ramadan 1445 AH. He was buried the same day in his hometown in Ado-Odo, Ogun State. It was observed that about a few minutes to his burial, the 33° hot weather dramatically went down to a cool 26-27°.The hitherto hot weather briskly a cool breeze from the sky. This coolness endured even after his interment until overnight, until the next day. Allahu Akbar! Significantly, his decade of professional service and expertise has propelled the wheel of progress and financial stability
